Training Post will try to identify users with invalid email addresses. If the system receives a bounce notification* from an email address following any message to a user then the system will flag that email address as invalid. 


When looking at the user list you will see a warning icon next to that user's email address if it has issues. You should edit these users and provide a corrected email address.

*NB We will only flag the issue if we receive a “hard” bounce which means the address does not work, rather than soft bounces which are temporary issues such as the mailbox is full.
