To create a new user group select “Manage > Users and groups” from the top menu. Then click the “NEW” button in the groups panel. From there, you can select to create a normal group or a smart group.
The group will be created as a child of the “All Users” group once you select the group type. New groups cannot have the same name as other groups. If the name of the new group matches another group, a prompt will advise you to amend the name.
NB Only a maximum of 2000 groups can exist concurrently within an organisation.
