As part of being an eLearning Provider being able to share your courses with your Organisations is key. This is why we've made sharing courses even easier. So easy in fact, it's just a tick of a box.

How to share a course with selected Organisations
To begin you will need to select "PROVIDER COURSES" from the top nav bar.
Then scroll down to find the course you want to share. To the right of your chosen course select the "ORGANISATIONS" button this will then show you the 'shared with' panel along with a list of your Organisations.
On the right of this panel, you will notice checkboxes against each Organisation. Simply tick each of the Organisations that you would like to share the course with then scroll to the bottom and select the "SAVE" button.
Alternatively, if you would like to share the course with all Organisations then select the "ALL" text button at the top of the list and then select the "SAVE" button at the bottom of the panel to confirm.
If you require no Organisations to have access to the course then simply select the "NONE" text button. Then scroll to the bottom of the panel and select "SAVE".
NOTE: If you are updating an already existing course confirming your selection with the "SAVE" button will provide all the selected Organisations with the most up-to-date version of the course without the need for Synchronising. More on the Synchronising command can be found here.
