When you share a course with an organisation managers can make it available to learners as either :

• course library content for a group of users
• part of an assignment

Access can be removed via the "Provider Courses" panel on the organisation page in the provider area 

The behaviour when the course is removed depends on the status of the system:

• if no learners ever launched the course it is completely removed and cannot be seen by any users in the organisation as if it was never there. (Previewing by a manager does not count as a learner launch)

• if it has been launched by a learner the following will occur:
  • manage courses
    • the course will remain visible on the list of course as a "provider course"
    • it can no longer be made available to any groups
    • modules can still be previewed
    • organisation added modules are kept and can be previewed /edited
  • manage users and groups
    • the course will no longer be visible in the course library list and cannot be made available to learners.
  • reports 
    • all learner data is kept and can be seen in course reports.
    • all learner data is kept and can be seen in user reports.
    • as it has been removed from any assignments it cannot be seen in assignment reports.
    • as it has been removed from any groups it cannot be seen in group reports.
