Depending on your organisation's policies or personal preferences, you may need to change your password. To do so, select "User icon > Change Password" in the top menu. In the subsequent screen you will see 3 fields:
- Current Password
- New Password
- Confirm Password
You will need to know and enter your current password into the Current Password field. Then you will need to enter your new password into the New Password and Confirm Password fields. Once these fields are filled with valid information, click SAVE. Click CANCEL to rescind the changes.
Tip: Generally, Training Post requires all passwords to have a minimum length of 12 characters for it to be considered a valid password. Please take this into consideration alongside your organisation's security and data protection practices when choosing a password.
NB: Change password will be unavailable to Reporter and User-type users on Organisations where Single Sign On is enabled.
