Account owners can create new assignments by clicking the CREATE ASSIGNMENT button which will offer the choice of:
- User Assignment - User assignments let you pick specific users from the system the users in the assignment will only change if manually edited.
- or Group Assignment - Group assignments are based on the membership of a single user-group. They will stay in sync with that groups adding and removing users as they enter and leave the user group. This is particularly powerful when used with smart groups - which can automatically assign courses as user information changes.
