Users in Training Post have one of four roles.

• User:
  • Can launch the courses an owner or manager has given them access to.
  • Can change their email address and password.
• Reporter -  the same as a Learner plus:
  • access to the Report menu and all reports
  • can see all user activity.
• Manager  - the same as a reporter plus:
  • Manage courses, categories and availability
  • Manage users and groups
  • Manage assignments
• Owner - the same as a manager plus:
  • See billing information
  • Manage Branding and email templates
  • Control system setting
  • Configure single sign on and self sign up
  • Configure custom user fields
  • Manage API integrations.
