Years of abuse from advertising pop-ups (the ability for one browser window to open in front of another) has led to browsers becoming stricter about opening new windows. So when a user launches a course they may receive a “Popup Blocked” message. 

All users will see a list of the courses available to them on their homepage. Once the user has selected their desired course, they can open and launch the course's module by clicking the “LAUNCH”/"VIEW"  button in the course's detail page. The course module will then open in a new window. 

Tip: PDF-type course modules will be opened in the browser, and will not be downloaded automatically.
